James

James is a recreational-turned-professional deer stalker who wanted to delve further into the ecological and culinary benefits of producing high-quality, wild British venison. A former soldier and accredited deer stalker, James is the first stage in our chain from field to fork.

Alexandra 

Founder and Head of Operations

Alexandra is an operations and ecommerce expert with years of experience in high-growth start ups. In addition to running a smallholding, Alexandra runs day-to-day operations at Norfolk Cut and Cure, ensuring our product reaches our customers.
